Young adult author and anthology editor Jessica Spotswood wanted to relaunch her website with a style that better matched her colorful personality. She also wanted to be able update it her own, without the continued aid of a designer or developer.

Wordpress was selected for its user-friendly backend, and a minimal yet colorful theme was customized to match Jessica’s brand. Action-oriented copy was written for the homepage and various content blocks throughout. On the homepage, eye-catching graphics were designed for a rotating slider, allowing Jessica to highlight her upcoming and backlist titles.
