Tufts Health Plan was looking to give their Medicare Preferred website a facelift. With an older, often less tech-savvy clientele, the site needed to be easy to digest and navigate. Another problem point was health care plans: members were having trouble finding and comparing potential plans in their network.
The home page was refreshed with friendly imagery, inviting colors, and welcoming copy, and the new aesthetic was carried throughout. Plan detail pages were broken down into easily digestible chunks of information. A comparison feature allowed members to review up to three plans’ details side-by-side while CTAs always encouraged users to start the enrollment process.
